How to delete the components in my org using ant scripts and force.com migration tool. please provide me with some examples on the deletion of some components like page layouts, reports,dashboards,custom button and links

Thanks for the response.

I am facing difficulty in deleting some components like flows,page layouts ,buttons and links,
some of the common errors are
1.Though the build was sucessfull the component is not deleted in my org.
2.component not found though the compoenent exist in my org.
