VF Page Requirement

I have a requirement like In a VF page Radiobutton:Yes & no is there ,on selecting Yes it should display contact related fields in same page.please help me!!

Hi Saoni,
  • Create a VF page with controller / extension. 
  • Create a Radio button and on click of Radio button, call another method in class. 
  • Query all the related contacts detals. 
  • Display the details in Page block section.
