transferting the quotes waitign for approval to someone

Hello,

I have a approval process . The approver was replaced by someone, how can i change the requests waoiting for ex eplyee to new emplyee

On the Home page under Items to Approve there should be a 'Manage All' button,  clicking this will take you to a list view where you can select lines. Once selected, click 'Reassign' and you can select the new employee.

Hi Marilyne,
Are you able to login as the ex-employee on your system admin profile to view the outstanding approvals on the homepage? Then you could select 'Manage All' and reassign to the new employee.
