can we automate the permission set for guest site user

Hi,
Is there any way to automate the guest site user's object and field access permissions in manage package.

My consern is like if we've multiple setting , all we have to go and do it manually one by one. evertime  a user install my app he has to do all setting in his org manually, I want to automate is this possible.?
