i have a trigger to add newly created user to public group, when i made my trigger inactive and delete that user and made him active again he is adding to public group again why.?even my trigger is inactive

Hi, As the user cannot be deleted, there is always id of the user present in the database. So the group is referring the user, when you make an User inactive then you will not be able to view it in a group. As you make the user active again it again starts to show in group.

Its not because of trigger but is Salesforce functionality.
