Nothing happens when I try to save to server

- already confirmed "work online" is enabled
- already confirmed "build automatically" is enabled
- already tried synchronize with server
- no error messages

Figured it out.

"save to server" requires 75%+ test coverage, I thought it was only "deploy to server" that had that requirement.
