Samyra Chrisp 18 I need to update a field I've added to the NPSP_Address__c object with a lookup field that is equal to the Primary contact on the Address. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do that?
I've built a process that updates records as they are created that runs an hour after the account/contact/address are created. Now I've been asked to create a process that will update the records that were already created.
I'd like to build a process that only runs on update, but I can't figure that out.

May I know that account,contact,address are blank before a process started and it will filled after an hour when the process started?
If it is yes then you have create one checkbox with formula field that address,contact,account are not blank then tick the checkbox.
Now you create the process that update the field when the checkbox is ticked.
