bulkify an autolaunched flow
Can anyone help me bulkify this flow? its an auto-launched flow triggered by a process builder and it fails if I try to update more than 100 records.

The screenshot which you have shared only gives the abstract details. To bulkify this flow you need to share details of each and every element.
