Making all Task/Emails public in lightning

Hi Devs,

Is it possible to mark all task public so that it can be seen by the other support members? Can you teach me how? Tried executing it via the Process Builder but cannot find the PUBLIC option to mark the task public.

Setup -> Security Controls -> Sharing Settings  > Activity > Controlled by Parent and save

That's the exact setup and it still doing that.

make sure that other support members have account record access which created by different support members.
