Vinod Kumar 285 Health Cloud Patient Record not opening
Hi Everyone I am using health cloud package and in one my app i have a patient tab on which the records are available but when i clicked on a particular record its not opening in detail or edit.Please let me know your solutions.Thanks
sorry for this issue you are encountering.
May I request you please confirm is that a primary tab or a sub tab?
The Patient Details tab shows patient records that are associated with the Account record. May I request you please confirm if all the fields have visible access and are added to the page layout?
Also, check if the user has the access and permissions enabled to view the records of the particular object

i hope you are great.
Actually i found that their is no object like patient in my org but i found a visualforce tab which is named as Patient and may be this one is tab.and it having records which are non clickable.
