Unexpected error: XPFGIEDN - Business Administration Specialist trail

Hi,

I just finished the reports and dashboard of the "Business Administration Specialist" trail in a fresh environment. I first got a warning that I forgot something. Then when I correct that I received the follow. Do I really have to create all the reports and dashboards again in a new playground or does anyone have a better idea? Thanks

There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: XPFGIEDN

Hi Sven,

Please try the following steps to complete a challenge.

1. You may get this error if you have made some changes in the report and did not refresh the dashboard. Try to refresh the dashboard and then check for a challenge.
 2. Are you doing this super badge in a completely new Dev Org, if not please create a new Trailhead Playground or use a new Dev Org?

Please make it Best Answer if it helps you.

Thanks,
Ajay Dubedi

Hi Sven,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org for validating the challenge?

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled. If that doesn't help please give a try by restarting the batch

Still, if the problem persists log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Please let us know if this helps.

Mark this as solved if my reply was helpful.

Thanks,
Nagendra
