How can I skip some packages from my Enterprise WSDL?

Before generating an Enterprise WSDL, I have an option to select a version of installed packages. I want to not include some of the installed packages in my Enterprise WSDL. How can I do that?

Not directly. you can able to do it to delete the packages from exported WSDL file manually. This is the only way.

If I delete the package from exported WSDL file manually, all the related objects to that package will also be deleted?

No .. You need to clean up everything .. otherwise, your stub classes contains the references ..
