hi Friends, I have created a workflow rule In which Iam sending email alerts to recipient based on status.

Hi Friends, I have created a workflow rule In which Iam sending email alerts to recipient based on status. If status is "hot" the 
email alert is firing. But the reqirement is that particular lead URL also should be sent in the email,so that they
can easily click on that link and open that lead easily.
Need help. Thanks

Use Merge Fields to get Detail Link of Lead Object and put it into email template. 

Create Email Template   - 
1.Select 'Field Types' (object you are going to use)
2.under 'Select Field' --> choose 'Detail Link' under Standard Fields.
3.The detail link will appear highlighted in the Copy Merge Field Value
4.Past it into 'Email Body'
