change owner on Case is not is not working in lightning

Hi
I am trying to change Case owner in lighting, but I get the 'This page isn't available in Salesforce Lightning Experience or mobile app.' error when I click on Change next to owner name on layout. Could someone please help on this.

Hi Bhavana,

sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I suggest you please give a try by adding a sharing rule that provides read/write access to the record type for those cases records and check if they are now having access to change the owner?

Hi Nagendra,
There is transfer Case permssion at profile level. And I created a Sharing rule as well, but it doesn't seem to work in lightning. Please see the screenshot below,
