Use Business Hours on Formula
Hi,
When I created a formula using 2 datetime case fields is it taking the Business Hours configured for the viewing user ?
I have several business hours configured for different countries and each user is taking one.
My requerimient is to show the time elapse since case aceptance until now but taking just the business hours

Thanks. I will check what you say, but I think this is mostly related to Field Service and Work orders. I was asking about managing it at Case level, as we do not have Field Service functionality
