Are you setup this steps ??

Create an FSL optimization profile, create an optimization user, and then log in as the user and activate the optimization.
  1. Create a Field Service Lightning Optimization Profile
After activating the optimizer, create an optimization profile.
  1. Create an Optimization User
After creating an optimization profile, create an optimization user.
  1. Log In as the Optimization User and Activate Optimization
Once creating an optimization profile and a user, log in to active optimization

These steps are already done still I am getting the error.
After the optimization request record is created, It fails and displays "unknown" as reason for failure.

Got similar issue. Clone an existing profile and name it FSL Optimization .Make sure permissions mentioned in this FSL_Optimization (https://gyde.ai/kb/create-a-field-service-lightning-optimization-profile" target="_blank) are enabled. Create a user with this profile and login as this user. You will get the option to activate optimization under field service settings.

Hi @Nisha Cherian
Do you have any other solution for this issue? (like use standard profile else additional permission set provided to profile)

What I've found that works is to update the optimization user email to your own email, reset the password, and directly login into the system using the username and newly created password!
After that, I was able to activate optimization!
