I add a new values in a picklist (Industry, standard filed) of a Lead object, now want to deploy it via change set. Any Idea

Create a new outbound changeset in the org where you made changes(Sandbox). Add industry field in the change set. Upload changeset to the target organization (Production )


Now login to production org, you will see change set in Setup => inbound CHangeset

Click on Deploy button.
