How can I undelete a process in the process builder?

I created a very complex process in the process builder in our sandbox (Partial Copy), then I did something really stupid, I refreshed the sandbox with the production environment.

Unfortunately No. But if you a local copy (Metadata) downloaded into your local machine via Force.com IDEs, then you can deploy it back to Sandbox.

I called Salesforce, they can undo a refresh within 24 hours.
