24 hour Response (formerly One Click Resolution) formula

Hi all,
i need to measure how long it takes to respond to a case and if it has been done within 24 hours. The requirements were adjusted in the Chatter thread. 


i want to create a formula that measures if a case has been handled within 24 hours.  

Assumption: we need to exempts nights, weekends, and holidays from response time calculations.

Hi sumit,

How about using Trigger or Workflow.
but it needs condition when making respond (e.g, working on Status)
if condition are met, do time calculation (e.g, now - createddate) and
set to custom field (respond time taken).
