Module Service Cloud Macros - Create and Run Macros - I can't see "Select Email Action"

Anyone facing trouble with Module Service Cloud Macros - Create and Run Macros?
I can't see Email Action on +Add Instruction field.
I have done all recommendations like enable option on Cases -> Email-to-Case Settings, Cases -> Support Settings -> Enable Case Feed Actions and Feed Items, Chatter -> Enable Feed Tracking for Case Object, Chatter -> Chatter Settings -> Enable Actions in the Publisher.

Hi,

After clicking the macro instruction field first choose select Active Case Tab then you will see the option Select Email Action.Refer the instructions below the video which has given the same.
