Dylan Jensen How to make the New Contract page autopopulate the Account from the related Opportunity?
I'm not 100% sure where to post this but here goes:
I'm trying to make the New Contract page automatically populate the Account from the related Opportunity.
To clarify:
My users are creating a Contract from the Opportunity page. When they do so, it automatically populates the Opportunity name, and leaves the Account name blank. I have been unable to create a lookup filter based on a formula field that is set to the text value of the related Account, which I created on the Contract page in hopes to compare names against. I know this sounds like a really simple problem but I am hitting a brick wall. Any help would be appreciated.
