How to create new picklist value to picklist field

If I select other from ownership picklist field in account it should create new box to add picklist value.

You can also use JavaScript with this.

Like if you select "Other" then new input field will be displayed and when you click on Update button then you can save that value in picklist using following link ​http://www.forcetree.com/2009/06/dynamically-add-values-to-picklist.html
