Couldn’t find the 'Volunteer Skills' in User object. Double check the instructions and try again.

Hi Annapurna,

In the instructions, it mentions that you need to create only one picklist. It means you need to create a global picklist value.
To create global picklist value follow these steps:
Go to setup, type "picklist value sets" in the quick find box.
Click on the "picklist value sets".
Click on the new button.
Enter Label=Volunteer Skills Values & Enter Name=Volunteer_Skills_Values
Now, enter values 

Accounting
Computers
Tutoring
Fundraising
General manual labor

Click on Save.

Now the 2nd part you need to create a picklist type field both on User and Volunteer Jobs objects.
Select the Volunteer Skills Values from drop-down instead of inserting value directly.
