Hi Annapurna,

Dan Wong needs a role assigned must be "Western Sales Team". Maybe you have assigned some different role while creating the user.
Change the role of Dan Wong user to "Western Sales Team".
To change the role follow these steps:
Go to setup, type user in the quick find box.
Click on the user.
Find Dan Wong and click on edit button.
Change the role to "Western Sales Team".
