After update redirect to new task

Hey guys,

is it possible to redirect (or open a new tab) to the task edit page after the master record is updated ?

Hey,

for example, after the sales agent has updated the lead status by process builder or trigger i want to open the task edit page . So i dont won't to create a new task automatically. The user should have the option to create it. 

Unfortunately, the process builder only works with invocable apex class methodes.
