What are Leads and Opportunities , i can't understand. someone please explain ?

Hi Nitish,

Leads & Opportunity are the most commonly used vocabulary in any CRM.
In simple words, Leads are the person who shows interest towards your business which can be generated from the web, or any person referral etc. 

while 
Opportunities are the revenue potentials when an opportunity is created (converted) it’s to signal the start of a sales cycle. There can be many opportunities in a company but a specific contact can only be attached to one account.
