Approval Process Field Update Not Working

In the final approval action of the screen shot I am trying to update a field. 

I choose Add New | Field Update and I hit GO but nothing seems to work. 

Can somene tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry for late response. Tried doing the approval process on firefox browser and when I hit go it opens up to a blank page. 
On Safari Salesforce just keeps logging me out and wont' work. 

I think I'll just let this go, Thanks for the help tho.

Do you mean when you click Go, nothing happens?  Do you have a popup blocker active?

When I hit go this is what happens:

I hit open and nothing happens.

I don't think it's a pop up blocker issue as I have it disabled on chrome.

Do you have another browser that you can try? At least we can narrow down the source.

I am having the same issue reported on a production environment but it is not reproducable. Is there anybody that can simply reproduce the issue?
