Hi Santosha,

If this is not a required field then,
Just Goto > Setup > Quick Find > Objects > Cloud_Kicks__c > Under Custom Field and relatioship . Then edit the Purchase_Amount__c and remove the checkbox of required field.

If this field is mandatory, check for the instruction mentioned by Khan,

field level security

Hope it helped!

Thank you,

Hi Santosha,

Please check field level security on the custom field. Is the field visible to your profile? Might be the field is hidden in page layout or check Field Level Security for user profile who is importing records.

Also, check record type. You need to go to the profile and check what is the default record type and check if that record type page layout has the custom fields visible.

You can go through this knowledge article:

I hope it helps you.

Kindly let me inform if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in future.

Thanks and Regards,
