LorrMc Process builder not working as expected
Hi,
I have built a process that should change the case owner if the contact owner is changed but only for a specified case record type, the issue is that it is changing all cases.
Please see process below, have I missed somthing?
I have used the 18 digit id as I thought that was the issue but still the same result.
Any advice welcome.

I have doubt that Record Type ID refers the Contact Record type it not refferring the case record type id

You have to give the Record type Id of case in the Criteria above the update of case it may be works.

sorry if im being stupid but when I clone the process and try to select the case datails in the criteria section I have no link to the case so can only choose the contact details.
the only stage I seem to be able to add the case record type is in the immediate update section is this not correct ?

Still haing the same issue with it updating all cases.
