I have followed the following intsructions to display "Open Activities" as the first item on the Accounts record details page, but I keep getting the following error messages:

Or If all steps is correct then try to create new Playgroud org and try again

Hi,

If you have record types setup on Account's remove them from accounts.

Goto Accounts->Editlayout->Relatedlist:
 Goto Openactivities in down  just scroll on Open activities on Related contact or Contact then save.
