Reports and Dashboard Specialist Challenge Step 6 - Error (We can’t find the new requested fields on the 'Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership' report)

I am getting the error "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
We can’t find the new requested fields on the 'Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership' report" , I have added the fields phone number and open field to the existing report. still I get the same error.  please help!

Hi Karthika,

Please double check with below steps if you have done the same.

Update existing reports>
  • Accounts Without SolarBot Opportunities Report
  Group By BillingState
  • SolarBot Warranty Call Sheet Report
  Add Filter Warranty Expiration less than or equal NEXT 45 DAYS and
  Billing State/Province contains CA, NV, UT
  • Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership Report
  Group Solarbot ownership row and Case reason as column
  Use the stacked chart, Sum of Open and check stack to 100%.
  • SolarBot Status Averages Report
  Sort by Status Date weekly and add Line chart, Y-axis with Average of Panel Temperature and Kilowatt Hours.
  Edit existing SolarBot Record Page name to SolarBot Status Page With Chart and add the report and set Filter to SolarBot Id for an individual.
  • The temperature to kWh Research Report
  Group by row (Temperature Range) and Group by column (SolarBot Model)
  Average (Kilowatt Hours) and Average (Panel Temperature)
  Add Horizontal Bar, Y-axis (Temperature Range, SolarBot Model) and the X-axis (Average Kilowatt Hours)

Also, check if you are connected to the proper org where you have done your work and validating the challenge with the same Org.

This is the report and chart that I have created/updated for the Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership. 
But I still get the same error "We can’t find the new requested fields on the 'Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership' report"

I keep on getting this error while working on Challenge 6

We can't find a graph displaying the requested data on the 'SolarBot Status Averages' report.
Can some one please help?
