Kriti Khanna Can't find salesforce data in Journey Builder Entry sources
Hi,
I have synced my sales cloud Contact object with marketing cloud, now I want to use those email while creating a journey.
But when I create a new journey, Salesforce data option in not available in Joureny Buider canvas.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?
Any help is appreciated. Please reply ASAP.

Best Answer chosen by Kriti KhannaKriti KhannaI figured it out. You need to open a case with salesforce marketing cloud team to enable Salesforce data events and activities in journey builder canvas.
