Is it possible to reference the LEAD log a call/activity in workflow or process builder rules?

Hi

I'm trying to set up a workflow rule for leads where if someone has logged a call 7 times and the lead status has not been set to converted, than the status will be automatically set to closed - not converted. 

How would I be able to reference the log a call button or the activity associated with it?

Sorry for getting back to you so late. Is there a way to check to see if the person logged an activity 7 times in the process builder. Is there a formula for that? 

From the link you provided Name ID (WhoId) field starts with 00Q. So there's no way to differentiate one logged call from another.
