I'm not receiving am email after exporting my Community from site.com studio

Hello Folks,

We're trying to create a backup of our community before applying updates.  By following the site.com Export Site instructions here we are hoping to get a download or confirmation email indicating that the site has been or is ready to be downloaded.

However, we never receive either.  Is there something we're missing?

Is your Email Deliverability is trun on ,i mean set to All Emails ??

Go to setup and Email Deliverability and change Deliverability to all emails ..
