[HealthCloud] Send a survey link through email to my patients without an user created

So, I need to send a url link through email to my patients, so they can fill a survey that will be saved on my patient record.

My patients  have no user (user licenses $$$) created in Salesforce, so I cannot use the Community approach (as far as I know Communities are based on Users).

Can this be done under these circunstances? Any ideas?

Hi Corpex have you checked out some of the survey AppExchange apps - Survey Force is free and seems to be a good match based on your description. The person answering the survey should not need a license.

Hi Iain,
Thanks for your anwser, we were studying this possibility too, but my team is afraid that some day Survey Force maybe stops working (gets deprecated). Last update was in 2017, and it's maintaned by a third party company, not Salesforce itself, so we are kind of worried about security risks too.
