In the Build an Automated Workshop Management System>Get Started - No Work.com menu

The module (Build an Automated Workshop Management System>Get Started) has a step that says "Enable Thanks badges in the global publisher. In the Quick Find box, enter Work.com and click Work.com Settings. Then enable Turn on Thanks action on the Global Publisher layout". When I search the setup Quick Find menu in my playground there is no "Work.com" menu or "Work.com Settings"

Swith to classic to enable it  .. you cannt access this feature from lightning

From Setup, enter “Work.com Settings” in the Quick Find box, then select Work.com Settings.
Select the Work.com feature you want to enable or deselect the feature you want to disable.
