Migrating to Lightning
Hey there, we are considering migrating to a Salesforce Field Service Lightning, does anybody have experience in this: what should we watch out for, was it worth it in the end, how long does it take to get started, etc. Thanks in advance
I wouldn’t say that there is much to watch out for, except careful planning, but you can say that about any enterprise-grade software. Establish your team (Admin, Contact center agent, dispatcher, field specialists) in advance, that’ll help you a lot. And I would say just follow the implementation (Core Field Service Lightning; Field Service Lightning Managed Package; Field Service Lightning Mobile App) steps careful one by one and you’ll be fine.
