Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist - Step 7 Error

Hi!

I started on the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist superbadge and made it all the way to Step 7 (Create the SolarBot dashboard) to get this error message. I started a completely new org for this superbadge module and was wondering if anyone could provide assistance? It's taken me a while to get to this point, so I'd hate to have to start over now. Any help is much appreciated!!

There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: ZKSWPWKT

Hi Jaclyn,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled.\

If the problem continues,  log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Follow the below steps which might help you pass the challenge.

  • SolarBot Pipeline by Stage:
Report: SolarBot Loyalty Revenue
Component Type: Vertical Bar
Tip:Max Groups Displayed = 9
  • Case Drivers and SolarBot Ownership:
Report: Top Case Drivers by SolarBot Ownership
Component Type: Vertical Sack Bar
Tip: Stack to 100%
  • Temperature and Kilowatt Hour Relationship:
Report: Temperature to kWh Research
Component Type: Line Type
Tip:X Axis=Temperature Range and SolarBot Model
Y Axis=Average KiloWatt Hours
  • SolarBot Evangelism Countdown:
Report: Accounts without SolarBot Opportunities
Component Type: Gauge Type
Tip: Careful the Segment Range Setting
  • Opportunity Overview:
Report: SolarBot Loyalty Revenue
Component Type: Lightning Table
Tip: Set Prospecting first on the list stage opportunities

Hi snehal,
You have chosen the wrong user to share.

"Make the folder viewable by all internal users and make Report and Dashboard Administrators managers of the folder."

Use Public Groups.

Cheers

I already used Public Groups but it's still an error. I don't understand why.

I would scroll down to make sure there wasn't another share assignment present.  Also, if there is a typo in the folder name it will not find it.  (That's what happened to me)

@Kristine Ann Mayola Folder can not be EMPTY! :) Yes it's a little bug in this chellenge number 7.

1. Create Dashboard folder 'SolarBot Dashboards

2. Share folder for groups:

  •   All Internal Users
  •   Report and Dashboard Administrators

3.  Create THE  'SolarBot Impact Dashboard'

ONLY after that please CHECK IN !

Hi @Kristine

I hoped you have managed to resolve the folder access rights.

The screenshot showing the access rights look correct. If you still encounter error, please try ensure the following:
1. Dashboard (not Reports) folder name is SolarBot Dashboards .
2. Refresh your dashboard immediately before checking your challenge.

All the best!

Cheers
Rachel

Please change your sharing settings to - For All Internal Users the access will be View and for Report and Dashboard Administrators the access will be Manage . This will solve the sharing setting issue on SolarBot Dashboards.

Hello! Can anyone see any errors in the screenshots below?

I've created the SolarBot Impact Dashboard and saved it into a new folder called SolarBot Dashboards. I've made the folder viewable by all internal users and I aslo made Report and Dashboard Administrators managers of the folder.

All the correct compenants are added and seem to be in the right order.

I even deleted the dashboard and started from scratch, but I'm still receiving the error messege: "We can’t find the 'SolarBot Dashboards' folder with the correct access settings.

For those who believe they have the correct sharing settings but still getting that error, refresh the dashboard before checking worked for me.
