Error in Deployment

Hi Ohana! When I am deploying a managed package I am getting this error. The Error Message is saying that the error is due to a custom field of a custom object. Does anyone have an idea why that could be the case?  Anyone happen to know? Anyone had experience with something similar? I would highly appreciate any advice!

Looks like the field is missing from the package Cash Disbusmess . GL Account Value 4
