How can I create a url that will allow me to share report details (or SOQL query) as a list on webpage?

I am looking to create a html component that will automatically update from a report/soql querry.
To display as text table.

Does anyone have experience with this kind of tasks?
Is this at all possible?

Create a formual field and add to the list view .. 
like below 
HYPERLINK("https://mycmp.my.salesforce.com/"+"Record ID")
