How to Hide a unused Field from available section of 'Select Fields to Display' option.

Hi,
We have the unsed the Standard and Custom Fields and need to remove from Available fields Section.

Remove Field Level Securities for the User Profile .. Field Access remove Edit and View so that it wll be removed
