Create an Object-Specific Quick Action trailhead

Step not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
The 'New Job App' button is not automatically assigning the correct stage value of 'new'.

Hi,

Make sure that you have finished below steps

Set a predefined value for the Stage field.
Click New in the Predefined Field Values list on the action detail page.
In the Field Information section, select Stage from the Field Name picklist.
In the Specify New Field Value section, select New from the picklist.
Click Save.
