I wrote a code with lightning:inputField.

I want to filler the right list content of lightning:inputField.
How to change the content of the right-hand selection list based on the selected value of the left object?

With lightning:inputField, it is not possible since it fetches the recent records. You can achieve it using custom auto population field.
