Account Button hidden in Account Home Page

Hi,

In my org, on account page "NEW" button is hidden and I am not able to create any record. Can anyone help me with this issue.

Hi Varalaxmi,

Greetings to you!

Please check if user profile has 'Create' permission on the Account object. If the profile you are using does not have access to Create the Object, then the 'New' button will not appear on the page even if its included on the layout.
