Patricia Boyce I have some users (with the same profile and permissions) who's PDF emails are not going to the customer nor showing up in the Activities related list. Others aren't having that problem
I have three inside salespersons. One, who has been creating quotes and emailing PDFs for a long time, now is finding that his email did not go to the customer, nor is the email with attachment showing in the Activity timeline. The same is happening to me--System Administrator. And now one other from the sales team is having the same. But two others are not having this problem--quotes going and emails with attachments recorded
