Hi Rajasekhar,

Greetings to you!

According to this knowledge article (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000187858&type=1) :

Default views in Mobile Browser
  • If "Enable Salesforce for Mobile Web" is unchecked: Mobile users only see Full Site.
  • If "Enable Salesforce for Mobile Web" is checked & "Mobile User" is not checked: Full Site is the User's default.
  • If "Enable Salesforce for Mobile Web" and "Mobile User" are both checked: mobile web is the User's default.

Go to the Full Site from Salesforce mobile web
  • Tap Salesforce mobile web menu icon.
  • Tap Full Site.
This automatically unchecks Mobile User permission.

If you log out using Full Site now, Full Site will open as your default environment whenever you log in from a mobile browser.

Go back to the Salesforce mobile web from the Full Site
  • Scroll to the bottom of any page of the Full Site on your mobile device.
  • Tap Go to Salesforce mobile app.

This automatically checkmarks Mobile User permission.

If you log out using mobile web now, mobile web will open as your default environment whenever you log in from a mobile browser.

Also, Calendars and many other elements in full site don't function when viewed via mobile web browser.
