Managed packaged works well in production but not in full copy sandbox

Hi All, 

I have a managed packaged installed in production. It works well in prod but not in full copy sandbox. What can be the issue?

Check with Managed packaged  documenet or support team ... Is there any setting you need to do in sandboxs or post referresh activities

The above issue is occurring after sandbox is refreshed.
