Retrieve administrative permissions of profile as metadata

I am trying to retrieve the administrative permissions of profile as metadata, I am not getting the below mentioned permissions.
  1. Manage External Users and
  2. Use Case Feed.

Is there any way to retrieve it?

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for your reply. I have to retrieve metadata as a downloadable file in .profile format using ANT or workbench.While downloading these two permissions are not coming.
