How can I change the visitor name for the snap-ins IOS?

Hi, 

I am using the ServiceSDK-IOS for Snap-ins and I want to change the visitor name in the auto-greeting. I can see that this is available in Android but I can't find it in the IOS documentation. Can you please help me what is the syntax for it? Thanks!

Hi Charisse,

I don't understand what you are asking here? The agent name should be taken from the org configuration for ios/android. Is this what you are refering to or are you trying to populate the auto greeting with information about the client using the chat. 

Suggest you post your question along with some extra details to the Snap-Ins google+ community. The sdk developers monitor this channel and are usually prompt to respond to issues.

Hi Sorry to be clear, I want to populate the client name. The Android version has this function setVisitorName. But that is not in the IOS documentation. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Get Outlook for iOS
