Hi Vignesh,

Use the DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) key feature to enable Salesforce to sign outbound emails sent on your organization’s behalf. A valid signature provides recipients confidence that the email was handled by a third party such as Salesforce in a way authorized by your organization.

To ensure your email message from SSalesforce do not end up unread in the recipient’s spam folder, you can easily implement DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM).

Below are the steps to create a new DKIM key

To create a new key:

  1. From Setup, enter DKIM Keys in the Quick Find box, then select DKIM Keys.
  2. Click Create New Key.
  3. For Selector, enter a unique name.
  4. Enter your Domain name.
  5. Select the type of Domain Match you'd like to use.
  6. Click Save.
For more information on how to import a DKIM key in salesforce, may I suggest you please check with below help document which will guide you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

Please mark this as solved if it's resolved so that it gets removed from the unanswered queue which results in helping others who are encountering a similar issue.
